Our R & D center uses practical experience to improve the application of high-precision technology, analyzes the product in the design process, simulates polymer rheology by computer, and obtains accurate flow path design. In order to ensure that our die head is designed with appropriate flow path geometry, advanced computer model engineering technology is selected.

To ensure quality, advanced CAD/CAE/CAM systems were obtained, products were exchanged and shared within the local area network, modern “traditional machining supported CNC machining” molding methods were praised, while a complete set of working standards and internal management regulations were formulated to strictly control design, production and testing.
